Symposium
registration fee includes a resource packet including
receipts (recipes), light breakfast, lunch featuring period-correct
dishes, potluck dinner, general tour of the Village, and access
to some quality historians. We have also arranged for a select
group of sutlers and Village artisans to sell their wares during
the program on Saturday.
Workshop
Opportunities -The
Staff at the Village will offer workshops in brewing, bake oven
baking, and cheese making before and after the day-long symposium.
